Welcome to Baliventure.com. This page contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1.1 Services Offered

Baliventure.com provides tour and transportation services in Bali, including:

  • Daily tours
  • Multi-day tours
  • Special tours
  • Airport transfers

Currently, our services are limited to transportation. We plan to expand our services in the future by partnering with accommodation and tourist attraction providers.

The vehicle used for the tour is as offered or informed in each package. If the customer requests a change of vehicle to a better, more luxurious, or more expensive one, this can be done 2 days before the tour with an additional fee that adjusts to the circumstances.

There is no age limit to join our tours. However, participants must be in good physical condition as we do not provide health insurance during the tour.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can only be made online through the Baliventure.com website (you will receive a confirmation email with booking details) or through our official WhatsApp number. Bookings through other means are invalid.
  • A 50% down payment of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made before the tour begins or on the day the tour begins.
  • There are no additional fees for payments made through PayPal or credit card.
  • Payment is only considered valid if payment for credit card and PayPal options is made online, and if payment has been received for local bank transfer options.

3. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 5 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made 3 days or less before the tour date.
  • The cancellation fee is 20%.
  • Cancellations caused by force majeure (natural disasters, riots, etc.) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Responsibility

  • Baliventure.com is not responsible for unexpected events during the tour, except for those covered by vehicle registration certificate insurance.
  • Tour participants are advised to have independent travel insurance.

5. Changes to Schedule and Itinerary

  • Changes to the schedule or itinerary may occur due to weather conditions or emergencies that threaten the safety of participants and drivers.
  • Notifications of changes will be sent via email (info@baliventure.com).
  • Rescheduling will be attempted according to the best conditions for all parties.

6. Privacy and Data Security

  • We collect basic personal information such as name, phone number, and email address for booking and tour purposes.
  • We will make every effort to protect your personal data.
  • Transactions on our website are secured with SSL encryption.
  • Customers have a personal dashboard where they can change or delete their own data.

7. Cookie Policy

  • The Baliventure.com website uses cookies to enhance the user experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device that allow us to remember your preferences and track website usage.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes that arise will be resolved in the Denpasar District Court, Bali.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be published on this page.
  • We will inform registered customers of significant changes via email.
  • Customers are expected to check this page regularly.

11. Additional Terms

  • Tour participants must have a valid and current visa, and be in good physical and mental health.
  • Tour participants are prohibited from bringing pets, sharp objects, firearms, or other items prohibited by Indonesian law.
